Five parts, and none of them need the internet.

SoftBo is a hub on one machine, the phones your team already carries, and the pipe back to Odoo or Shopify. This is what each part does.

[ONE HERO SCREENSHOT] The hub mid-count, 16:10. On a phone this replaces the five per-section captures — five screenshots would cost four screens of scroll and none would be read.

The hub

One machine in the shop holds the count of record. It shows the map filling in live, who is on which aisle, and the running variance in money.

The phones

Any phone becomes a scanner. Each sees only its own zone, bays lock when opened, and the phones relay for each other when the Wi-Fi drops.

[SCREENSHOT] A phone scanning a bay, in the hand. 3:4 portrait.

The review

Variances sorted by the money at stake, with who counted what. Recount, accept, or set aside — nothing is written until you approve it.

[SCREENSHOT] The variance review screen, several rows resolved. 16:10.

The labels

Design and print shelf labels from the same catalogue you count against, so the label and the record cannot drift apart.

[SCREENSHOT] The label designer with a shelf label open. 16:10.

The history

Every count, correction and write to your system of record, kept on the hub and exportable as a PDF for the accountant.

[SCREENSHOT] The history list beside a Proof-of-Count PDF. 16:10.

[SPEC TABLE] These are the facts a buyer checks before downloading, and guessing them is worse than leaving them out. Each value needs a real measurement and a row in CLAIMS.md before it ships.
