Prices include no VAT — we are not VAT-registered, so there is none to add. We are the seller; payments are handled by Stripe.
What happens when you stop paying
The question nobody in this category answers, so here it is first.
You keep the app
Pay for twelve months and the version you hold is yours. Stop whenever you like and we send you a build with the cloud removed — no sign-in, no licence check, nothing to expire. It keeps counting for as long as the machine runs.
You lose the cloud
The connectors to Odoo, Shopify and the rest, and the account that holds their keys. Those cost us money every year, which is the honest reason there is a subscription at all — and they are exactly what stops.
Your data never moved
It was a file on your machine the whole time, readable with free tools. We cannot lose it, leak it or hold it, and nothing you count is ever sent to us.
More phones
Five are included. More are €5 a month each, €20 for five, €35 for ten — rented from your account and cancelled whenever you like. A shop that takes six extra for a January count and drops them in February is using them exactly as intended.
A second shop
Another machine, another subscription at the same price. Five phones on each.
Your price will not jump
It can move with inflation and no more than five points above it, once a year, never beyond a fixed ceiling — with two months' notice and a free way out. It does not go up because we improved something. The exact wording.

What is a hub?
The one machine in your shop that holds the data — a Mac or a Windows PC. Phones pair to it over your own network. You pay for the hub, and the phones come with it.
Do I need an account?
Yes, and it is used once at first run to deliver your licence, then about once a month to confirm it. Nothing about what you count is ever part of that.
What if I replace the machine?
Release the old one from your account page and install on the new one. No support ticket, no permission, nothing consumed.
Can I change my mind?
A free month first, no card. After that, thirty days from your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions. Cancel any time from your account page — never by writing to us.
